Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all PLC Media training courses and other professional services including creative campaign management, crisis comms consultation work and any freelance work.
Cancellation of Services:
If you cancel agreed services within 14 days of agreed date of delivery, 25% of the agreed fee will be charged.
Within 7 days: 50%
Within 24 hours: 100%
Postponement:
A postponement of services will be considered at the discretion of PLC Media.
Payments:
Payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date. Bank details are included on the invoice. Please note: If our invoice requires a Purchase Order Number and the client has not provided this ahead of the training date, our 30 day payment terms will begin upon delivery of the training, rather than upon submission of our invoice.
Late Payments:
Unless specifically agreed in writing, if payment is not received within the 30 day terms, PLC Media may charge a penalty of 10 percent of the agreed fee. A further 10 percent of the agreed fee may be added per 7 day period, until the invoice is settled in full.
